Freshly retired and ready to dedicate her time to her passions, wood and metal working, this homeowner worked with Redwood ADU to design and build a shop most of us can only dream of. This shop is 2,450 sqft, featuring a 18x10 roll-up in the front and a 10x10 roll-up in the rear, 11 foot ceilings to increase overhead clearance, and a full bathroom. With two 200A electrical panels and a separate mechanical room, she can run heavy machinery and have a dedicated space for her dust collector and air compressor. Additionally, the whole shop is insulated and climate-controlled for enhanced comfort.
