After using another design-only firm and having a bad experience, the clients decided to contact us to re-think the project with their budget and lifestyle goals in mind. We re-designed the building to be simpler to build, reducing costs, while also including features like attic storage, vaulted ceilings, and back porch. This project is built with budget in mind, implementing cost effective features that increase the quality of the build without much increase in cost.
