Nestled in the heart of the Elmhurst neighborhood and right around the corner from the UC Davis medical center, this 2-story ADU makes the most of a small space. Built with office and entertaining space in mind, this ADU compliments the finishing details of the existing primary dwelling well. Two French doors let in lots of natural light, and a small kitchenette downstairs makes room for flexible space use downstairs. Upstairs features vaulted ceilings with a large open bonus room. We included our signature stained porch in the back for more covered storage.
