This project was a complete bathroom remodel. We replaced the toilet, vanity, tub/surround and all plumbing fixtures with new. We also installed new flooring, and painted the entire room. We used cost-effective materials and methods here to help a landlord fix up an old bathroom which allowed him to get increased rent and find a tenant quickly.
