Please take a look at the ADU Projects we have completed. We have a lot of experience working in Sacramento City/County as well as the greater Sacramento area. We are familiar with local building code requirements, fire codes, and specific things both the permitting department and inspectors are looking for. If you see a project you particularly like, it is possible to re-use that plan set, or use it as a starting place for a new design.
